We connect homeowners with local restoration companies. That is all we do. We are not a restoration company, we do not send our own crews, and we do not inspect, dry, clean, test, price or warranty any work.
How it works

- Or send the form with a short description of the problem and your ZIP code, and we pass it to a local company in your area.
- The company contacts you, looks at the problem and gives you a quote.
- You decide whether to hire them. There is no cost to you for the referral and no obligation to hire anyone.
How we are paid
Our service is free for homeowners. Companies pay us for the referrals they receive. Because of that, we may send your request to a company that works with us, rather than to every company in town.
Before you hire anyone
Whoever you hire, check them yourself. Kentucky's Attorney General says to ask about a company's training, experience and insurance and to check references. Kentucky's Department of Insurance says to get a written contract with the work, total cost and completion date, and never to pay the full amount before the work is complete. For mold work, Kentucky requires a written assessment and plan before you sign.
